- Return Authorization: Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service within 30 days of delivery
- Provide Details: Include order number, item details, and reason for return
- Get RMA Number: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number
- Package Item: Securely pack the item with RMA number clearly marked
- Ship Back: Send to our returns address (provided with RMA)
- Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Wrong Item Sent: We cover all shipping costs
Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days for quality control review
