Delivery
The product is prepared and ready to ship within 3–5 days.
All our products are shipped safely and securely with (DHL Express / FedEx / USPS) from Morocco.
Wherever’s your location, we only need 5 to 10 days or less to ship your purchase.
The Tracking Number will be provided.
We take full responsibility for our products, for its shipping, delivery and in case of damage during delivery or loss (after certain term of your type of shipping) we can send you a new product. So there are no reasons to be worried.
Note regarding the country of Canada, there is a tax imposed on imported products, (The payment of this tax is on the buyer, not the seller).
Returns
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
All sale items are final purchases.
